Financial Analyst Intern

As a Financial Analyst Intern at Token Metrics, you will assist in analyzing cryptocurrency markets, evaluating potential investment opportunities, researching blockchain projects, and supporting the development of investment strategies. You may also help in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials that aid decision-making processes for the company and its clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing financial data and information.
  • Researching macroeconomic and microeconomic conditions.
  • Producing reports and forecasts based on your analyses.
  • Evaluating capital investments and assessing asset depreciation.
  • Creating and reviewing financial records, statements, and profit strategies.
  • Identifying trends in financial performance, assessing risks, and recommending corrective actions.
  • Providing recommendations for improvements based on trend analysis.
  • Working with other finance team members, such as risk analysts, to review financial data and projections.
  • Developing financial models and forecasting financial outcomes.

Employment requirements

  • Knowledge of generally accepted American accounting principles
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in finance.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, and financial software applications.
  • Excellent presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated financial forecasting and analysis, corporate finance, and data analysis knowledge.
  • Proficient in G-Suite.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability.
  • In-depth understanding of financial systems and institutions.
